Superfood Salad

This has been my (plus my clients) favorite salad for years. Everyone enjoys the explosion of flavor and textures. This is the type of salad that actually works as a meal. 

Superfood Salad 

Ingredients: 

 

Dressing Honey Mustard Vinaigrette: 

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Udo’s 3.6.9 oil or olive, hemp or avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup raw honey or sweetener of choice 
  • 3 Tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • 3 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • 1/2  tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/4  tsp white  pepper

 Put all ingredients in bowl and whisk together, or blend in blender, or shake in jar. 

Yield 10 oz (you will want leftovers)
