Ingredient Benefits:

Rolled oats - Great source of fiber and rich in magnesium.
Chia seeds - High in protein, fiber, calcium, antioxidants and omega-3s.
Himalayan sea salt - pH balancing, high in minerals. Pure real salt that the body needs! Iodized table salt is toxic to the body and has synthetic chemicals added to it. Morton table salt and others like it should be used in the garage, not the kitchen!
Pure vanilla powder - Has small amounts of trace minerals. Ancient Mayans believed it to be an aphrodisiac!
Cinnamon - Known to have anti-oxidant, anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory properties
Nutmeg - Contains anti-oxidant, disease preventing and health properties. Also includes copper, potassium, calcium and iron.
