Miso Ginger Dressing Recipe

Delightful Miso Ginger dressing adds zest to veggies. Perfect for slaws, sushi, salads, and Asian dishes. Elevate your meals with this versatile sauce.


  • ¼ cup olive oil, hemp or coconut  
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice 
  • ¼ cup of rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp mild white miso 
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1-inch long piece fresh ginger, cut into smaller pieces 
  • Salt to taste 
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste 


  • Put all ingredients except salt and pepper into a blender and pulse a few times. The mixture can be chunky or blend more for a smooth consistency. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
