Honey Mustard VinaigretteĀ

The key to a good salad or Buddha/ Grain bowl is the dressing. Most store bought dressing are filled with all kinds of stuff that aren’t the best ever to consume. Having a few favorite dressing on hand makes home cooking a lot easier and yummier + dressing are so simple to make! 

This dressing has been my go-to for many years and it’s a favorite for my cooking clients. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 oz extra virgin olive oil, hemp, avocado or Udo’s 3-6-6 oil blend 
  • ¼ cup raw honey (or maple syrup)
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon or regular mustard
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt  
  • ¼ tsp fresh black pepper  

DIRECTIONS:

  • Put everything in a blender and whip until mixed or 
  • Put everything in a bowl and whisk until blended 

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 weeks 

Yields  10 ounces
