Dragon Fruit Smoothie or Bowl

 Dragon Fruit Smoothie or Bowl Recipe

 

Enhance your yogurt  & smoothies with a burst of color and antioxidants by adding dragon fruit. This tropical twist not only adds vibrant flavors but also boosts your antioxidant intake. Try this nutritious and delicious recipe today! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp dragon powder* 
  • 1 Tble collagen or protein powder (optional)  
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lime (more to taste) 
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice 

 


Directions:

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. Add more sweetener as needed. 

Layer with fresh fruit, granola, coconut or any ingredients you like. 

*To make other vibrant colors, swap out Dragon powder for another fun ingredient (Blue Majik, Activated Charcoal, Turmeric, Goji Berry, Raspberry). Each powder will taste a little different so you will need to adjust the sweetener to your own liking. 


Using frozen Dragon Fruit (pitaya) packs 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 frozen Dragon fruit pack 
  • 1 banana  (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 Tble collagen or protein powder (optional) 
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lime (more to taste) 
  • ½ cup raspberries (frozen or fresh) 
  • ¼ - ½ cup of milk of choice 

Directions: 

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until creamy. Add more milk if you want thinner. If all fruit is frozen then it will be on the thicker side. Taste. Add more fruit or sweetener of choice if you like a sweeter taste. 

Pour into a bowl or cup. Layer with fresh fruit, granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds, coconut, etc.
