Avocado, Egg, & Sauerkraut Salad

Simple. Delicious. Healing Meal. You can make it under 1 minute.

This is one of my favorite meals when I want something simple and extremely nourishingđŸ˜‹ If you eat this healthy meal at least once a week your body will be very happy.

All you need is a bowl of raw/unprocessed sauerkraut and a ripe avocado. Open the avocado then mix and mash it into the sauerkraut. That’s it! It’s the perfect meal that will fill your body with probiotics, fiber, monounsaturated fat (the healthy fat that helps lower LDL cholesterol), potassium & folates.

If you want to add more protein to the meal you could also mix in a ramen egg. Or eat the egg on the side with a little Himalayan salt sprinkled on top.
