• Fine-tune what you're eating from meals that I’m providing to what you’re cooking up on your own (snacks, drinks, treats)
• Discover missing ingredients from minerals, supplements, superfoods, healthy fats, proteins & greens that may be needed to optimize your health & wellness
• Customize & refine your eating routine each month to align with your specific goals, unique needs and areas of focus

Plus, you’ll receive personalized recommendations of dietary changes to make each month.
